If you've either outgrown shared hosting solutions, or require a dedicated environment due to special requirements and would prefer a lease or lease-to-own scenario, our dedicated hosting services will do just that. You pick and choose the hardware, operating system, bandwidth requirements, additional services such as using our Email server, firewall solutions, load balancing solutions, server monitoring, or complete system and network management. There are no pre-set packages requiring that you purchase a set amount of bandwidth. You are able to utilize the maximum amount of resources provided by the server and run the software of your choosing. After your server is setup and online we will provide you with access to our online account management site where you can manage your account and billing information, manage your support tickets, read the latest news and information, see current system and network status, and more. You will also be given access to our RPC (remote power control) device where you will be able to reboot your server at your own control. All dedicated hosting accounts bandwidth monitoring and trending are done by MRTG. You will be given a login name and password to access this utility after the account has been setup. Bandwidth is measured by the 95th percentile for billing purposes. For an explanation on how the 95th percentile billing method works please click here. You will also be provided with emergency contact numbers in the case you require immediate assistance.
