1. Security of Account

Account is for individual Customer use. For purposes of this agreement, individual Customer shall mean any person that directly is controlled by, controlled, or is under common control with such Customer that require access to the account. Customer agrees to maintain a secure password to the account.  Customer is responsible for all use of, and relating to the account. Customer agrees not to use eicomm Services to obtain, or attempt to obtain passwords, or access to other Customer's account, or eicomm systems that Customer is not directly given access to. Customer agrees not to use eicomm Services to gain, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other networks or systems.

2. Lawful Use

Customer shall not, and represents and warrants that it will not, upload, post, transmit, distribute or otherwise publish, through use of the Services, any information or material that: (i) infringes or misappropriates any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or other proprietary right, (ii) violates any law, statute, ordinance, or regulation when posted or transmitted, (iii) is threatening, defamatory, libelous, harassing or profane, (iv) contains a virus, Trojan horse, worm, time bomb or other component that may adversely affect any hardware or software, or that intercepts or expropriates any data or information, or (v) includes bulk e-mails, advertisements or solicitations. eicomm may suspend or limit Customer's access to the Services if eicomm determines, in its discretion, that Customer has in engaged or is likely to engage in any such conduct.

3. Sexual Content

Any sex related content such as pornographic images, stories, or content of any type, including links to such content that is hosted outside of eicomm is prohibited. It is the sole discretion of eicomm on what is considered to be acceptable. Accounts that include, promote, or contain links to child pornography will be terminated immediately upon becoming aware of the activity.

4. Excessive Usage

Customer shall not, and represents and warrants that it will not, attempt to undermine, or cause harm to any host computing systems, other Customers, or the network. Any such program that consumes excessive CPU time, RAM allocation, allows the unauthorized use of mail services, mail forwarding capabilities, mailing lists, or autoresponders other than for the Customer's own account is not permitted. 

5. Resale of Services

The resale of eicomm Services without a Reseller agreement, or using the eicomm Services to backup or store material that is unrelated to the content of your website is prohibited.
